Protex Nation Wide Roadside Assistance Program

1. TOWING ASSISTANCE

When towing is necessary, the customer’s covered vehicle will be towed to the nearest qualified repair facility or any location requested by the covered customer up to an equal distance.

2. FLAT TIRE ASSISTANCE

Service consists of the replacement of a flat tire with the vehicle’s spare tire. Towing assistance will be provided if needed to the nearest service facility.

3. OIL, FUEL AND WATER

Delivery Service An emergency supply of oil, fluids, and water will be delivered to any covered vehicle in immediate need. The customer must pay for the cost of the fluids if there is one.

4. FUEL DELIVERY SERVICE

An emergency supply of fuel will be delivered to any covered vehicle in immediate need. The customer must pay for the cost of fuel.

5. LOCK-OUT ASSISTANCE

Assistance will be provided in gaining entry to a covered vehicle if keys are lost or locked inside.

6. BATTERY ASSISTANCE

Battery assistance (jump-start) will be provided to any covered vehicle in immediate need.

7. COLLISION ASSISTANCE

If a customer is involved in a collision in his covered vehicle, towing assistance will be provided when needed to tow the vehicle to the nearest qualified repair facility.

8. CAR RENTAL *

Up to 2 days of coverage due to a mechanical breakdown of your covered vehicle if more than 100 miles from the customer’s home. $35.00 per day.

9. POLICE PROTECTION

If a customer requires roadside assistance in an area considered to be unsafe, police assistance will be requested, if available.

10. ROAD HAZARD *

In the event your vehicle receives tire damage from a road hazard, coverage will be provided for tire repair or tire replacement.

11. $500 EMERGENCY TRAVEL REIMBURSEMENT*

Provides up to $500.00 in emergency travel expenses if the customer’s covered vehicle is disabled by a collision when the customer is 100
miles or more from home. Reimbursable charges include lodging, meals and transportation including airline and car rentals.
* Not available to residents of California and New York.

12. Road Hazard Tire Protection*

This benefit provides for reimbursement up to the program benefit limit per incident for the repair of flat tire damaged due to road hazard. Covers
the original equipment tires on new and used vehicles at the time of purchase, as well as new tires installed on the vehicle during the term of the protection plan.

Tire hazard protection is $150.00 per tire / $600.00 aggregate.
